Lee home sales span $100,000 to $761,000 as most August prices await recording

Lee recorded 16 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only five carried a listed sale price so far, ranging from $100,000 to $761,000 with a median of $650,000. The top sale was 175 Spring St. at $761,000, sold by trustees Karen A. and Michael J. Keenan to Adams Community Bank. Banks or credit unions were the buyer in three of the five priced sales, and four streets, Spring, Church, Golden Hill and Main, each had two related recordings. Eleven entries, including trust, estate and municipal transfers, had no price yet listed, consistent with the usual lag before the registry posts consideration amounts.
