Lee sees 16 deeds recorded in late summer, but few reveal a price
Sixteen deeds were recorded for Lee properties between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $250,000 to $506,500 with a median of $290,000. The month's top sale was 545 Leisure Lee Rd, which sold for $506,500 on Aug. 10 from Richard and Sharon Lerman to Rhona Berlin and John Gallagher. Summer Street and Leisure Lee Road each saw multiple related filings on single properties. With most records lacking a disclosed price, and several representing mortgages or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, the data does not support a read on whether conditions favor buyers or sellers this period.
