Eight Property Transfers Recorded in Lee, But Only One Sale Price Posts So Far
Lee's registry of deeds recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price by the time this report was compiled: $335,000 for 55 Paul Dr., sold Aug. 31 by Sarah Nguyen and Hoang Kim Nguyen. That figure stands as the period's only data point for price range and median. The remaining seven transfers, including two on Golden Hill Road, two recorded documents tied to 555 Marble St., a trust transfer at 15 Joseph Ave. and a municipal purchase at 555 Marble St. by the town of Lee, have not yet posted prices in registry data. Overall market tone cannot be assessed from this month's incomplete price data.
