Lee sales cluster at $200,000 as most prices go unreported

Nine property transfers were recorded in Lee between July 31 and August 29, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $200,000 to $255,000 with a $200,000 median. The month's top sale was a Marble Heights condominium unit at 55 Marble St, Unit 5, which sold for $255,000 to trustees Maura Keefe and Mark Harris Witteveen. Two other disclosed sales, both at $200,000, involved Lee Bank acquiring 150 Main St and 150 Main St Rents from sellers tied to the Clerget family. With six of nine transfers lacking price data, including several Marble Heights unit filings and a Greylock Street mortgage discharge, the data does not support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
