Lee Records 11 Property Deeds in Late Summer, Few Sale Prices Disclosed

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transactions in Lee between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two included a disclosed sale price. Those two sales ranged from $150,000, for 90 Silver St., to $281,250, for 180 Center St., with a median of $215,625. Four of the remaining recordings involved Lee Bank mortgages and assignments tied to a single Park Street property, and two others involved Cape Street transactions with no disclosed price. With sale prices missing from nine of 11 recordings, the data offers limited insight into overall price trends in Lee this period.
