Lee Deeds Show $20,000 to $400,000 Price Span as Most September Sales Await Prices

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Lee from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but only four showed a sale price by the time records were compiled: $400,000 for 125 Paul Dr., $315,000 for 555 Marble St., $133,306 for 1579 Pleasant St. and $20,000 for 75 Summer St., a median of $224,153 among those four. The other eight entries show price not yet available, typical for recent filings. Several recordings paired a sale with a related mortgage document on the same street, and two reflected family trust transfers rather than new ownership. With limited pricing data, the month's overall market direction is hard to read from deed records alone.
