Three Disclosed Lee Sales Range From $30,000 to $463,200 in Late July
Lee's registry of deeds recorded 14 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three disclosed a sale price: $30,000, $200,000 and $463,200, a median of $200,000 among those three. The top disclosed sale was 100 South Prospect St. at $463,200, transferred from Marni A. and Christer J. Hogne to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Rocket Mortgage LLC. Most of the remaining 11 records were mortgage- or bank-related instruments without listed prices, including two separate filings tied to 25 West Pine St. With price data available for only three of 14 transactions, the period's overall market tone cannot be firmly characterized from this data alone.
