October deeds show 15 Lee transfers, but sale prices still thin on the ground

Lee's Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 property transfers in October 2026, but only two carried sale prices by month's end: $100,000 at 35 Myrtle Avenue and $1,600,000 for a unit at 350 Mallard Lane, the month's top sale, pushing the median of priced sales to $850,000.

One additional transfer, at 125 Antelope Drive, moved for nominal consideration into a family trust and is not counted as a sale. Lee Town was the buyer in two separate transfers, and banks or credit unions were sellers in several others. With pricing data still outstanding for 12 of the 15 transfers, the month's overall price trend remains unclear.
