Twelve transactions listed no price, several involving Lee Bank, NBT Bank NA, Pennymac Loan Services LLC or Greylock Federal Credit Union as sellers, and two involved the town of Lee. No two sales shared a street. With price recorded in only 2 of 14 deeds, the data does not support characterizing the period's market conditions beyond the transactions recorded.
