Fifteen property transactions were recorded for Lee between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $52,500 to $975,000 with a median of $137,500. The top sale was 560 Stockbridge Rd. at $975,000, sold by Victor Maslov to Lori Ann Grazio and Jason David Deroche. Stockbridge Road and William Parkway each saw two recorded transactions.
